Christmas Exchange Monthly Giving Plan
It takes 365 days to raise enough money to ensure that all individuals and families in need will have the means for a festive holiday meal at Christmas.
You can help by taking part in the Christmas Exchange Monthly Giving Plan. Monthly giving provides an anticipated and consistent stream of donations throughout the year which aids in our planning as to how many people we will be able to help during the holiday season. Also, it will eliminate multiple mailings, save paper and postage which helps minimize our administrative costs and impact on the environment.
As a monthly donor, you will receive:
- a welcome letter
- a charitable tax receipt at the end of the year for your total cumulative contribution
- an invitation to our Annual General Meeting and a copy of our Annual Report to let you know how your donation was used to help those in need at Christmas
- our e-newsletters updating you on activities of the Christmas Exchange
